Our 6 Axis robot cell can machine a wide variety of materials from your CAD data enabling us to create large scale models in a very short timescale including vehicles, characters and prototypes.

We recently built this Hotrod Racer Car for Disney`s Mickey Racers promotion. Working long and hard with our client to produce a model which accurately represented the animated original and extracting information from visuals and 3D maya files we first created a block master for our client to form check, from this we took both silicon and fibreglass moulds to produce the finished fibreglass body shell and engine components. Real tires were specified in the brief which we created using a pourable rubber compound over a fibreglass internal structure to give the look and feel of inflated rubber. Finally a 2K spray finish and multiple clear coats were applied for the final look.
