JSM Model Making CNC Robot Machining

With our Kuka 6 axis CNC robot machining cell we can quickly and accurately scale up almost any product to the size you require. We can pretty take much any 3D file supplied to us, make any changes and scale to your needs before outputting to the robot to cut in a variety of materials including rigid foams and polystyrene, modelling board, numerous plastics and mdf. We can even take an existing product or maquette and generate CAD data directly from this by scanning the object to create the 3D information. After machining the shape our team can then either coat and finish the model or our mould making dept can take moulds and cast out the finished piece in fibreglass to give a more robust final product.
